With my best regards to you, during searching in
Begfoot program in Internet I have found your address
by chance. I have a humanitarian subject in your
country if you don’t mind to do me a favor I’ll be
very thankful to you and I’ll appreciate your help and
your cooperation.

The subject: I have a dear friend in northern Iraq and
he wanted to go abroad, after arriving Albania (Vlora)
he attempt to go to Italy at sea in 23/10/1998 at 1:00
PM during his travel they had faced a great storm and
he was injured severely in his head by a piece of iron
in the ship then he was came back to Vlora and he was
sent to hospital as unknown person from that time his
family have not any information about him. Would you
