Up to now unfortenately I have been only once to Saranda, but even long time before I felt a strong bound towards that town. When my interest for Albania began in 1994, the first story I wrote about an Albanian topic was about Saranda (if you understand German or Albanian, you can read it in my Saranda mailinglist). Some organisations have Internet access: the Lidia Foundation, the Butrint Foundation (Auron Tare) ... perhaps they allow you to use the internet ...
