so you are going to Saranda at the nicest time of the year! Is it the first time you go to Albania?
An informative website where you can find some useful information about Saranda is the site of the Butrint Foundation at

In fact it may be difficult for you to get a ferry from Corfu to Saranda the date of your arrival. There are three ferries
which leave between 8.30 h and 10.00 h (approximately, as the timetable is not that rigid).
So perhaps you have to stay overnight in Corfu, for example at the Hotel Atlantis; phone: 0030-661-355 60 and fax: 0030-661-464
80. A double room costs 16.000 drachme a night and a single room 12.000.
Apart from the Albanian Lek, in the Saranda area you will best get along with Greek drachmes. When I was in Albania, I went
there with dollars, but I spent most of the time in Tirana.
The German Cultural Centre can provide you with English-speaking contact persons.

As for the coast, there is a beautiful road between Saranda and Vlora just following the coastal line.
What are you planning to do in Saranda? You are from an engineering enterprise and are interested in hotels. As I am collecting
data and addresses about the touristical infrastructure in Saranda, I could share them with you or even put you into contact
with hotel owners and other business people - Skender Muco, for example, owns a concrete business (Inerto Beton Saranda) - or
teachers etc. in case you are interested.
