    The Agreement

This Spree Member Agreement is being entered into between spree.com, a
Pennsylvania Corporation ("COMPANY"), and  a spree member ("Member"),
effective upon execution by both parties and subject to the following:

1. Member is authorized as a spree member and is granted all rights
associated therewith.

2. Member certifies the accuracy of all information provided in this Spree
Member Agreement and agrees that the provision of false or misleading
information authorizes spree.com at its sole discretion to declare this
agreement void from its inception.

3. The Member understands that there is no fee involved with joining the
spree rewards program, and the Member may terminate this Agreement at any
time by giving written notice to the COMPANY.

4. Member has reviewed, understands, and agrees to the Terms and Conditions
, as set forth in official COMPANY literature. Any changes to Terms and
Conditions will become effective upon proper notification to Member. Member
acknowledges that any violation of the terms of this Agreement may result in
the termination of the Member’s status, as specified in the Terms and
Conditions.
