[Prishtina-E] Old machines

We are buyers of old construction machines and we have been told there are
some old komatsu pipelaying (side booms in pristina.

We would be quite willing to purchase them for above their actual value to
try and assist some locals with some cash as these machines are of no use
there. We are also interested in supplying some working machines that can
assist with construction we will give these machines free but someone will
have to pay freight?

Does anyone know where the old side booms are or could they give us a
contact.
