Mr. Aleksandar Popovic, an associate of Vojislav Kostunica will be holding a
lecture on the "new" Yugoslavia at the Chicago Council of Foreign Relations
on Thursday, March 15, at Hotel Inter-Continental.  The lecture will be from
6-7 pm (cocktails at 5.30).  Price is $25.
