Popovic will also examine UNMIK's management of Kosovo's economy and will explain how the EU mission has inherited a very difficult set of economic problems that are as important for maintaining stability as political and legal issues. He will pay special attention to issues of privatization, the potential for attracting foreign investment in Kosovo, the possibilities for Serbian-Albanian cooperation despite the ongoing dispute over status, and the current economic difficulties of Kosovo's Serb and other minorities. The issues which have been discussing about Kosovo ; was economic crises and non Albanian problems . I would like to determine the following issues; ? The Kosovo Status is already determined and this factice and legal situation should respected by Serbian Government. ? The Kosovo Integrity and sovranitety is still attacked by Government of Serbian, whether the Government of Kosovo acted with political peacefully against Serbian actions against Kosovo. ? The Serbian people are victims? from Serbian?s Government, where they allowed not participating on Kosovo Institutions and Generally life in Kosovo. ? Of course the Kosovo Albanian is aware the economic situation is not in good position but they are engage to improve on the further years. ? EULEX is in Kosovo by Agreement of Government of Kosovo and EULEX is full supported by people and Government of Kosovo.
