Do you remember when you had to do same when in school? It's not easy to 
get responses to meet that min. number to get statistical significance. 
See if you can help with filling the survey. It's great when someone 
finds it interesting and chooses as research topics Albanian issues.

If anyone out there did anything related to Kate's topic maybe you want

completing thesis research on the human capital of Albania. I am working 
in conjunction with the Center for Economic and Social Studies in Tirana 
to gather data for a portion of my research.   I have been provided your
