[NYC-L] NYC-L Digest, Vol 83, Issue 3

i cant always see Erkanda's messages or many others who send messages in HTML format, because i subscribe to the digest-version of the list, whihc doesnt seem to deliver such messages within the digest. sometimes i'll see them displayed fully in the alb-net.com nyc-l archive, sometimes not. nothing fishy going on, just the way the list was configured...might need some code-updating is all.
