An elegant lounge and music club in the heart of Manhattan's Flatiron

best-kept secrets.

Co-owners Chris Noth (Mr. Big @ Sex and the City) and Berklee College of
Music graduate Steve Walter have created an intimate space for established
performers and a hospitable environment for new music of all varieties.

The Crash 69 performance is an age restricted event (18 to party, 21 to
drink). Although this is an alternative rock event, the DJ will make sure
that all the event is suitable for all musical tastes.

Who is Crash?

Crash 69 came together as a band in 2005. Though relatively new, the band
members have considerable experience with music performance and have had
quite successful bands in the past in Prishtina, Kosova.

The idea to create a band while here in the United States came up after
Ragip Gerbeshi . Gipa (lead guitar) and Bardh Blaku (drummer) got together
and started playing rock covers at Albanian youth gatherings in New York
City in the mid .90s.

However, they could not find any stable vocals and bass player so nothing
really became a reality until 2005. That.s when, after one very successful
gig at a place in New York City, Bardh.s brother, Visar Blaku (bass) and
friends, Bekim Qela (vocal), Veton Hajdini (vocal), Dritan Sahatqija
(rhythm guitar) and Genc Cami (keyboards) decided to join and officially
create the band.

If you enjoy music by Gjurmet, Minatori, Asgje Sikur Dielli, Teleks, TNT,
ODA, Babillon, Dire Straits, Greenday, Doobie Brothers, Pink Floyd... be
there!
