Dea,

Please note that in the USA there is no standardized process or an official 
agency mandated by the federal or the state governments for the conversion 
of diplomas. Instead, do check with the institution (corporate or 
educational) about what they would accept as a converted transcript. There 
are some private organizations that claim to do such conversions, but i do 
not believe that they can guaranty that the US firms accept them.
