[NYC-L] errors on site

hello

I was trying to help someone online who had asked how she might find an 
Albanian scholar of the Kanun. I tried using your site and failed utterly to 
find anyone suitable, and I should add that there were many errors in web 
design on the site. some examples: when you click the link already labeled 
"Political Organizations", the search result is "Sorry, no results were 
found matching!"...is that a joke? I also tried mulitpled other search 
categories, and got results like "23 examples found" and page 1 would show 
at bottom "1-10 of 23" but then page 2 would say "11-20 of 900" etc etc.

the more errors i look for the more i find so obviously a total overhaul of 
the site is in order, but that's none of my business...

...but could anyone please be so kind as to help this woman out? perhaps 
Muharrem Carebregu or Noel Malcolm or somebody more specialized might have 
an email address that you folks could supply her with? it woiuld also be 
great if you could cc other people just so the community knows who it's 
scholars are and can contact them. I'm also circulating a copy of this to a 
local nyc albanian list, because I know there are other people who wish they 
could use your site effectively.

I am a researcher from the Netherlands looking into the issue of
traffciking in women from Albania. I would like to interview an academic
that studies the Kanun or can tell me more about these customary laws.
Currently, I am in Tirana for another two weeks. Can anyone recommend an
Albanian professor or researcher active in this field?
