When he was asked about Kosova in his speech at Columbia last week ( as well as why he wont turn over war crimninals), he lashed out and said that Albanians should be more concerned about their own leaders being put before the Hague.  There is not much difference between his and Milsovic's hatred for Albanians.  Only difference is that Kostunica seems to have fooled the diplomats.
