[NYC-L] Albanian keyboard for Mac OS X

Dear friends,

I've created an Albanian keyboard layout to use with Apple's newest
operating system, Mac OS X. I'm trying to put together an easy to use
installer and make the layout widely available, but until that happens, I am
happy to send the keyboard layout with installation instructions to anyone
who needs it.
