   To Whom It May Concern,
       If anyone has information about scholarships awarded to Albanian 
students, could you please list them, and also list a contact person or a 
website were more detalied information can be gained by those in need of 
financial assistance.
       I know that a lot of people that came to the US as refugees have the 
option of getting some type of financial assistance from the US government, 
however there are a few students that do not have a permenant status or 
political asylum in the US, and these students are not eligible for any 
financial aid.  Most of these kids depend on money that they can obtain form 
private sources based on their preformance, academic or otherwise.  
Contemplating the financing of ones eduction, at a young age and focusing on 
grades, can be a difficult thing, therefore we need to do more in getting 
information about available funds to kids that REALLY NEED the money.
