The Tragic Death Of Albert Ljula

Albert Ljulja was 20 years of age when he died.
> He graduated from Tottenville High School, and was
> attending Berkeley College in Manhattan. He was
> considering a career in accounting. He used to work
> part-time as a clerk in Stapelton Criminal Court.
> Ljulja and a close friend pooled their money to buy
> a Honda CBR 600 motorcycle about two months ago. It
> was the first motorcycle he ever owned.
> Ljulja was on his way to visit a friend in Oakwood
> around 11:45p.m. The police say he lost control trying to
> pass a car near an intersection of Guyon Avenue and
> Flint Street. Rumors by well known friends say that
> '' he didn't have his helmet fully on, it was just resting on
> his head. Then the helmet flew off and Albert turned his
> head back to see where it fell as a reflex reaction, and
> turned back and lost control of the motorcycle. " He
> then fell off the bike, and onto the pavement as his body
> came to rest near a tree about 30 feet from the intersection
> of Guyon Avenue and Elmira Street. The motorcycle
> skidded for another 200 feet until it came to a stop near
> Whitehall Street.
> Someone said she heard a screech when the accident
> occurred , saw a woman taking Ljulja's pulse and using
> a cell phone to call for help. She said Ljulja appeared to
> be badly injured. She said he wasn't moving or talking.
> A police source said Ljulja had suffered a broken
> neck and severe head injuries. He was pronounced dead
> at the scene.
> As the investigation took place, dozens of Ljulja
> family and friends gathered at the corner to comfort
> each other.
> Albert will always be remembered and loved. He
> was a great guy. When Albert Ljulja died a big part
> of their lives died with him. He was the kind of person
> whether you knew him for 10 years or 10 min. you would
> have also come to know as a good friend. I speak for
> myself and everyone else that knew him when I say
> '' you left an impression in my life and I will always
> love you. ''
> '' The more you love someone the worst the pain is
> when they are gone. "
>
> Keep the memory of Albert Ljulja alive.
>
> PASS THIS ON!!!
> Love You Always,
