No.: I 99 153 SUMMARY: CRS/Europe is embarking on a five-year regional education strategy involving eight countries/zones (Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo*, Macedonia, and Yugoslavia). The strategy - comprised of country-specific plans and based on six years of experience - - seeks to address the educational needs of children in the Balkans and the Caucuses, with an emphasis on Parent-School Partnership (PSP), a community development approach to improving the quality of education.
