[NYC-L] [Fwd: [CTC] Gates Millenuim Scholarship Program] (fwd)

That is a great question Erkanda, but I believe that when the term minority
is used in the United States, it is defined on a racial basis. Therefore,
since we identify ourselves as Caucasian of Eropean origin (an assumption),
then we do not belong in the category of minorities. What a coincidence,
that we as Albanians were sometimes refered to minorities, in the context of
former yugoslavia, and yet we learn than in the U.S. we happen to belong to
the majority.
