Job Title: Community Development Officer Country: Kosovo, Yugoslavia Organisation: Children's Aid Direct Date: 02/04/2000 Details: £17,680 per annum plus in country allowance The Community Development Officer will be responsible for the implementation of Community Spaces for Youth Project in collaboration with our engineering team. The post holder will educate the project team in regard to community motivation and development practice and recruit and train the community volunteers. The post holder will have previous experience in community development issues in multi ethnic communities and project management skills including personnel, financial, resource and management. 3. Job Title: Community Services Programme Manager Country: Albania Organisation: Children's Aid Direct Date: 02/04/2000 Details: £17,680 per annum plus in country allowance The Community Service Programme Manager will be responsible for the recruitment, training and management of three multi-sectoral outreach teams. This will include a resumption of normal childhood activities including sports, recreation and non-formal education in camps and collective centres. The post holder will be responsible for the training of those working with children to identify and respond appropriately to support those suffering from emotional stress. In addition the post holder will provide assistance for refugee and indigenous children with special needs and reunification services for separated children. Activities will be located in Central and North East Albania and will need to be designed to accommodate mobility/flexibility to respond to the changing situation.
