Basic Function of Position The contractor shall serve as the Team Leader for the activities under the "Strengthened Rule of Law and Respect for Human Rights" Results Package 4.1 (RP4.1), which includes the following two projects: Strengthened Rule of Law and Respect for Human Rights (522-0394) and Strengthening Democratic Institutions (522-0296). The contractor shall be responsible for overall management of approximately $9 million in program support, technical assistance and training activities to be implemented over a five-year period.
