We are convinced the actual Serbian establishment must know the their fate and circumstances. We believe it is also Your moral, human and state obligation to use Your influence to the relevant authorities in Serbia for them to fulfill their human obligation and release the people the former regime kidnapped, from which derived the actual Serbian establishment, respectively Yugoslavia. We are free to ask You to use an energetic pressure over the Belgrade Government, even conditioning every diplomatic or economical relation, until the kidnapped issue is positively resolved. We believe it is not necessary to remind You this issue was needed to be resolved earlier and the kidnapped had to be released in parallel with the Serbian military, paramilitary and police forces withdrawal from Kosova. We hope You will not allow that even in the future to be manipulated with the fate of the kidnapped who still are in the hands of the actual Serbian establishment, for whose fate, we are sure, the Army and State Intelligence organs know about, thus even their superiors in the Serbian and Yugoslav Presidency. Waiting for You to undertake anything under Your competencies as a statesman and a human, we greet You and express our deepest respect. The family members of the kidnapped Kosovars, gathered in the Council for the Defence of Human Rights and Freedoms office for a 24 hour hunger strike Prishtin?, October 17th, 2002
