First I'd like to apologize to sending you direct e-mail which I find on one
of the Albanian mailing lists. Actually it was on INFO-TECH where you sent
the message.
 
I am asking you for help regarding getting in touch with some radioamateur
in Albania because I'd like to apply for license to get there.
 
I even find some telephone numbers but when I call I can't get in touch
because I don't know your lanugage.
