Keshtu kemi vendos qe ta hapim nje fondacion te quajtur FONDI PER ARDHMERINE Ky fond ka vetem nje qellim: Te ndihmoje mesuesit dhe nxenesit e shkollave shqipe ne Mal te Zi , ne Maqedoni, ne Cameri dhe ne Diaspore. I lutem secilit prej jush dhe te gjitha organizatave shqiptare ta perkrahin kete ide dhe te na ndihmojne. Po te bashkohemi mund te arrijme shume, me shume sesa e mendojme. Ndihma mund te jete ne dy forma financiare dhe organizative. Ana organizative do te thote qe te mundohemi te bindim sa me shume shqipatare per domosdoshmerine e ndihmes ndaj shkollave shqip sidomos ne trevat ku nuk kemi qeveri Mal te Zi, Maqedoni, Greqi e Diaspore. (Ne fazen fillestare do te duhet te ndihmojme dhe shkollat ne RSH e ne Kosove, por mendoj se kjo eshte detyre themelore e qeverive.)
