Kjo eshte nje oferte shume e mire duke e konsideruar faktin se sherbimi
telefonik ne Kosove eshte nje nder me te shtrenjtit ne Evrope (ndoshta
edhe ne bote). Megjithate, nuk e di se a ekziston ligji mbi monopol ne
Kosove. Nese po, jam i bindur se PTK-ja nuk do te mund te ofronte kete
sherbim (apo do te mund ta ofronte ate vetem nese ia mundeson te njejten
gje konkurrences).

ofrimi i lidhjes ne internet me modem me telefon pa pagese vertete eshte
oferte e mire, por nga ana tjeter kjo paraqet konkurrence jolojale nga
PTK-ja. PTK-ja, duke pasur monopol mbi lidhjet telefonike e shfrytezon
kete
per te dhene oferta te cilat konkurrentet nuk mund t'i ofrojne. Kjo
paraqet
nje praktike monopoliste dhe eshte e demshme per tregun e
telekomunikimeve
ne Kosove.
