Sr. Software Engineer  ( B.Sc. min, MSc, in EE or Computer Science) with min. 5 years experience in:- Real-time embedded systems, using RTOS, C, C++, Assembler...........................(10)- Device drivers, PC interface, GUI ...................................................................... (10)- Target DSP's TI 54x, TI320Cx, Mot. 563x, ADI................................................ (10)- Working experience of DSP architectures, programming and implementation........ (10)- Solid understanding of DSP theory....................................................................... (5)- Working experience with TI code composer, E-express.......................................  (5)- Working experience with Matlab, Simulink and S-functions....................................(5)- Knolidge of T1/E1 and other telephony interfaces.................................................. (5)- Self motivated, work with min.supervision, has to have a PROVEN track record of project completion from concept phase to  finish of the project ...........................................(10) Salary ?40K- ?50K depending on experience plus share options.
