Veramark Receives Order From Kosovo for VeraBill GSM System

     PITTSFORD, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 12, 2000--Veramark Technologies, 
Inc. (Nasdaq:VERA) today announced receipt of an order from a business 
partner for a VeraBill billing and customer care system. The end user will be 
a GSM wireless telephone operator in the Province of Kosovo, Yugoslavia.

     The VeraBill model ordered is for 30,000 subscriber access lines.
