Me sa dij une, NWT nuk ka akoma licence ne Shqiperi. ERT (Enti Rregullativ i 
Telekomunikacioneve, aka FCC) nuk aprovoi licence te re per NWT. Edhepse ne 
lajmet qe u botuan ato ditet e para ne shtyp fjala 'joint venture' u lakmua sa 
e sa here, NWT nuk po krijonte Joint Venture - ata deshin licence te re per 
vete. Me sa dij une keshtu qendron ne kerkesen derguar ERT...

Pasi kaloi e gjithe kjo kohe pa licence te vetmen rruge qe ky 'investim' te 
realizohej NWT e ka pare me deklarimin e Joint Venture me AlbTelecom dhe 
shfrytezimin e licences ekzistuese. Thashethemet rrugeve te Tiranes ka kohe qe 
po zurzullonin me kete kombinim e ja tani doli ne shesh.

Minister Preci authorizes "Albtelecom" to create joint venture with "New
World Telecom"

     TIRANE, Jan 4 (ATA)-By Elton Metaj,       The Minister of Public
Economy and Privatisation, Zef Preci, has issued an order authorizing
"Albtelecom" to create a joint venture with the "New World Telecom", his
press office reported on Monday.
      "Being in favour of open, liberal and competitive economy, the
company has been asked to co-found a joint venture. That is, the "New World
Telecom" has been asked to give up exclusiveness and this paragraph has
been modified and reviewed in the contract", Minister Preci told a news
conference.
      According to him, the creation of this association has nothing to do
with licensing.
      "We have thought that soon after the joint venture is founded,
procedures start immediately with EBRD and WB to license the second
operator", said Preci.
      He said that the existing companies, either foreign or local, even
this company likely to be registered currently, will have the right to
compete based on the criteria of the market economy.
