the post-war Yugoslav province with final authority over an endless
cycle of ethnic violence between Kosovar Serbs and Albanians. On

Lajmi per heqjen e Agron Dides nga posti eshte shqetesues dhe mjaft i
vrazhde.

Nuk di sa do te kryenin pune peticionet apo ankesat tjera. Fuqia eshte ne
duart e punetoreve te PTK-se. Nese ata refuzojne te bashkepunojne me
drejtorin e caktuar nga UNMIK-u, do te paralizohet tere puna e
telekomunikimeve ne Kosove, gje qe nuk eshte ne interes te UNMIK-ut.
UNMIK-u nuk mund te zevendesoje te gjithe punetoret e PTK-se, dhe ne
gjendje te tille UNMIK-u do te detyrohet te rivleresoje vendimin e vet per
shkarkimin e z. Dida.

Duket se ketu jane te lidhura interesa aq te forta sa qe nuk ka asnje fije
vullneti nga ana e UNMIK-ut per te refuzuar Alcatelin si partner. Sic
shihet, ata jane te gatshem te ndermarrin edhe masa te ketilla drastike per
te imponuar me force kete vendim.
