As of this morning we have about 16-17 people on this list. The brief
description which you received (also below) is just my personal idea of
what this list should be. I think we should start a discussion on the ways
we can and should use this list. 

Also, lets not forget that we do not need to start talking anything and
everything related to IT and Telecom on this list. We can be more specific
on this list since we can create other lists if necessary.

So, the purpose of this message is to start a discussion regarding the usage
of this list, what can we do, etc......
