BLONDE ALBANIA

I love the splendor of happiness
Pouring out from her topography,
>From her snowdrop-filled sunflowered face.
Dipped in rainbow colors, her eyebrows,
Rows of pink and white irises
To her lush lips: just-blossomed red roses.
I can see the map of ancient Illyria
In her Adriatic Sea blue dreamy eyes
And her hair, forsythia yellow, gliding like
Sunrays in motion, touching the wind.
Mesmerized, I am staring at my flowering
Albania, while she smiles at me.

I can still see her curves, dressed in forest green
Beneath the layers of snow-covered pine trees.
I love the way she moves her delicate body
And whenever I look at her I feel I am in a gallery
Filled with priceless and timeless masterpieces.
I adore her courage, nobility and dignity
And whenever I am near her I feel happy.
I feel like I am a song coming out of her mouth--
Her presence electrifies me and I am in love!
I can feel my heart pounding while I am growing
Wings and I am ready to fly like an eagle and
Embrace my breathtakingly beautiful, blonde Albania.
