I think that the book "Documents on Chameria: 1912-1939"  can be easily
ordered by any University/College Library, through their Acquisitions
Department.  In fact, given the lack of ALbanian sources on this issues,
University Libraries might be very interested in ordering the book.
Or, if ordered for your own private library, the order can be directly
through the local bookstore, or directly from friends/family in Tirana.
