I will not be able to participate directly in the training initiative, but I
wanted to inform any in the group who might be interested about my web site,
which contains fuzzy cognitive maps (FCMs) attempting to forecast in real
time some of the events in the US/NATO attack on Serbia and its aftermath.
FCMs in more expert hands seem promising as a tool for clarifying sources of
confusion and sometimes doing something about them.
