[alst-l] book by Gazmend Xhudo

Hello,

in my university library I accidently ran into a book by Gazmend Xhudo
called Diplomacy and Crisis Management in the Balkans: A US Foreign Policy
Perspective, published in 1996 by St Martins Press of New York. The title
may be a little misleading, since judging from the table of contents and a
quick glance of the pages, a large part of the book is focused on Albania
and its foreign policy.

Has anyone here read this book? Any comments, impressions? Also, does
anyone know about Mr. Xhudo, any other publications by him, or his
whereabouts? The book indicated that Mr. Xhudo is affiliated with the
University of St Andrews, St Andrews, Fife.

In the end, let me wish a happy Fiter Bajram to all those here who
celebrate it.
