***UNIVERSITY OF VIENNA INTERNATIONAL SUMMER PROGRAM SCHOLARSHIPS***

A limited number of partial and full scholarships are available to
Austrian and foreign students for this annual summer school (July 17 to
August 16, 1999) in Strobl, Austria, on European studies. The Program
consists of two two-week sessions with 30 hour classes offered on topics
in international relations, European history, economics, international
law, political science, art, literature, and study of the German language.

The deadline for application is FEBRUARY 28, 1999. For information
