perhaps a useful article is one by Laurie Kain Hart and Kestrina Budina
called "'Northern Epiros': The Greek Minority in Southern Albania",
published in Cultural Survival Quarterly in the Summer 1995 issue (pp.
54-62).

I haven't read the article so I can't summarize it, but it looks like it's
a serious piece of work.

I believe the Greek Helsinki Committee have collected some information
regarding Cameria. You may want to get in touch with them for info.

I also have a copy of several documents (historical and current) from the
Tirana-based Cameria Association, which I can mail to you if you wish.
