Bucharest, 16 October 2002

On the behalf of the co-operating partner-organisations within the 
International Programme on "Teaching National Histories & the History of 
the United Europe" , the Public Relations Department of the EUROLINK-House 
of Europe in Bucharest, Romania, Member of the International Federation of 
Europe Houses (FIME), is pleased to announce the publication of the first 
issue of its Newsletter, dedicated to inform and disseminate the main 
methodological results and content of our other publications to be 
elaborated within our One-Year Project. For the moment, you could access

We are pleased to mention that this Project was made possible thanks to the 
generous support of the Programme for regional Academic Co-operation in 
SouthEast Europe (PRACS) of the OPEN SOCIETY INSTITUTE (OSI, 
Budapest/Zurich), FIME , KULTUR KONTAKT (Federal Ministry of Foreign 
Affairs of the Republic of Austria, and also of our other FIME and direct 
partners/sponsors, mainly the INSTITUTE for TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT (MA, 
USA), FACULTY of HISTORY within the UNIVERSITY of BUCHAREST, the ROMANIAN 
INSTITUTE of the SCIENCES of EDUCATION within the MINISTRY of EDUCATION and 
RESEARCH, the INFORMATION & DOCUMENTATION CENTRE on the COUNCIL of EUROPE 
in Bucharest, the FOUNDATION "ANGELS of THE HOPE" in Lugoj (Romania).
