On January 18th, 2002, General. Klaus Reinhardt will speak about his 
experiences as commander of KFOR in Kosovo 1999-2000. The presentation (in 
English) is part of the on-line seminar "Contending Approaches to 
International Peace and Conflict Prevention in the Context of European 
Integration and Transatlantic Relations" with students in Paris at Sciences 
Po and in Munich at the Center for Applied Policy Research of the 
Ludwig-Maximilians-University as well as the Carnegie Council on Ethics and 
International Affairs in New York.

The presentation with ample time for discussion (both live and online) will 
take place in the library of the Center for Applied Policy Research at the 
Maria-Theresia-strasse 21 in Munich, 18.01.2002, 5-7 pm. As the number of 
seats in the auditorium is limited, advance notification of your 
participation is kindly requested.
