Communications Associate The Communications Associate will be responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating a comprehensive communication program to enhance awareness and understanding of IOCC and its programs among key audiences. The Communications Associate will write and edit a variety of communications and publicity materials, including news releases, newsletters, fact sheets and speeches. Qualifications: University degree in journalism, public relations or English program or an acceptable equivalent in education and experience; Three to five years' experience in development and implementation of communications production and media relations strategies; a demonstrated ability to develop and implement creative ideas; Word processing and desktop publishing skills.
