  The funny thing is that a bishop does not possess
the authority to "usurp" a position.  It is not like
any other government business.  On the contrary, it is
a religious issue and there is a different authority
the one that appoints bishops in power--namely the
Patriarchane.  Before suggesting rebellious measures,
sometimes it might prove prudent to review the issue
at hand and not mix where authority is not possessed
to make similar decisions.  In doing the opposite,
often we face nothing but chaos and reduce our country
worse than the condition under which it is reduced
today.  However, your enthusiasm on the matter is to
be commended.  Restriction sometimes might prove
beneficiary too.  I suggest it is a practice you might
want to employ more often.
