>alive and kicking!!  We need you to call the House Armed Services Committee

>Congressman John Kasich (R-OH) offered in June an amendment to the military 
>construction authorization bill that calls on the U.S. to withdraw its 
>troops, unless the President can certify by April 1, 2001 that the
