widely, and is very interested in the region's history and politics. 
International relations academic background is not required.
Job Description
Research political, historical, economic and foreign relations involving 
Albania, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Macedonia, Moldova, 
Romania, Slovenia, and Turkey for a lawyer advising the U.S. State 
Department on regional infrastructure matters in the Balkans and Southeast 
Europe.
