Norwegian Nobel Fellowships: US/West European Relations with the Soviet
Union/Russia from the Late 1970s to the Present
The Norwegian Nobel Institute runs a small research program on issues
related to peace and war. 
This program is accepting applications from scholars for a limited number
of guest researcher
fellowships. Scholars of any nationality in history, political science,
or international law are invited to
apply. Two types of fellowships are available: senior fellowships for
distinguished scholars with a
substantial record of publication in their fields and general fellowships
for scholars in the earlier stages
of their post-doctoral careers.
