Oh, I see now why Kostunica does not want to send Milosevic to the Hague.
Kostunica probably thinks that after all, Milosevic should not be blamed
that much for what happened to Serbia (of course, "who cares for the crimes
against Albanians?"). In other words, Milosevic's earlier calculations had
been right: his policies would not have caused so much damage to Serbia if
it were not for the "deviation from the basic American foreign policy
concept."
