I am trying to help an Albanian student who came to the U.S. as an exchange
student for his senior year in high school.  He is trying to remain in the
United States to complete his education.  Can you put us in touch with any
resources in Southern California, particularly in the Inland Empire area,
who might help him?   He is in need of a support network as well as some
financial assistance.
