[ALBSA-Info] For economic informations

I would need some help from you. A student from Kosovo is
doing a master in economy in the University of Sorbonne in Paris. His
study is about the "restructuration of the bank system in Albania".
It would be very helpful from him if he could get informations and
documents from
Albania, but he is unable to travel there for the moment. And it is
very hard to get informations in Paris. Is it possible for you to send
him such informations or tell us where we should ask for
them ?
