Greetings.

I just wanted to say a brief "Hello" to the members, and declare my interest
in discussing the pertinent topics.  Although I have no official or familial
link to Albania, it is a country I am fascinated by.  My undergraduate
degree was in Economics, and I am hopeful that Albania can develop an
economy that will enable it to flourish.  I am open to discussing the varied
issues, and hope we can utilitze the forum for positive means.
