My friends;

Hi,

I have just managed to get through to your website for the first time in
3 days. I was afraid you'd been mailbombed off the Net! but it could be
problems my end!
You don't know me, but I think we might be able to help each other.
I wanted to ask whether it is OK to use some of your pictures on my
website? Actually I have just uploaded them, thinking your site was
irretrievably down, but if you have any objections let me know and I'll
remove them. I figured it is important to get these out to as many
people as possible.
I have put a Kosovan support website online recently - would you like to
have a look and give me a link? I am attempting to rally hacking
support for the cause to counter the Serb hackers who are attacking NATO
(and other sites if the slow and irregular routing is anything to go
by.)

The website is at: http://www.bunyip.demon.co.uk/

I have a fair idea of the situation with the NATO servers, but would
appreciate any assistance in evaluating the scope of the problem with
independent servers like yours, and trying to figure out how best to
fight it. If we can identify the hackers involved, it ought to be
possible to mailbomb them back, as well as working on webservers and
scripts. If you know anyone else who might be interested/able to help,
please forward this message freely.
I may have some problems receiving mail by the time you reply, but I
will have a securer mail address displayed on my website in the next day
or two.

regards

bilbo

I am neither a Serb nor an Albanian, but what I know from the attitude and language that Serbians show and speak is appalling. I just read some letters from, probably, Serbs..the language is disgusting and definetly reflects the mentality of Serbs in general. Its the perfect time for NATO to teach Serbians and the leader of Serbia how to live in a civilized world. Its hard to believe that in this day age when the world is heading towards peace and harmony Serbia is going the opposite way. Thank God! there are countries like United States and Great Britain to protect human rights, of not only Albanians, but of many supressed people around the world. I commend president Bill Clinton and Prime Minister Tony Blair for working as a team to bring this dictator down. I hope to see the day when he and his gangsters will be tried and punished by the War Crime Tribunal, for the genocides they have commited. One thing for sure Mr Slobodan Milosovich has gauranteed his name in history as a tyrant right next to Mr Adolph Hitler. People of Kosovo are not alone in their struggle for independence the world is with them..long live Kosovo.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

3 April, 1999

The Kosova Crisis message Center -

As a public service for humanitarian reasons, Vistaview Creative
Associates, based in Connecticut U.S.A. offers the public in Kosova a
web
page for communication. The purpose of the Kosova Crisis Message Center
is to enable anyone to post a message to multiple (friendly)
information
gathering agencies/centers at one time. The message is sent by filling
out a simple form page and pressing the "submit" button. This method
essentially makes sending an out going message easier and more
efficient.
The Crisis Message Center will be useful for individuals who do not have

a personal email account, or may not know of all the addresses of
interested humanitarian organizations and people who are specifically
monitoring the events taking place in Kosova. Instead, the sender needs
only to be able to access any open computer terminal that can view web
sites on the World Wide Web.

This page located at:

http://www.vistaview.net/kosova
http://www.vistaview.net/kosovo

The exact content and graphics is located either addresses to ensure a
viewer will access the site regardless of either spelling.

FAQ's from http://www.vistaview.net/kosova/faq.html

Q: What is the purpose of the Kosova Crisis Message Center?

A: The purpose of the Kosova Crisis Message Center is to
enable anyone to post a message to multiple
information gathering agencies/centers at one time. The
message is sent by filling out a simple form page and
pressing the "submit" button. This essentially makes sending
an out going message easier and more efficient. The Crisis
Message Center will be useful for individuals who do not have
a personal email account, or may not know of all the
addresses of interested friendly organizations and people who are
specifically monitoring the events taking place in Kosova.

Q: Does it matter which language you submit the message?

A: No. The reason for providing the page in different
languages is to give the message sender the option to choose
which language is easiest for him/her. The goal here is to
make the page as user friendly as possible. The message sent
goes to the same addresses regardless of which language the
information is in.

Q: What is the purpose of the questions asked (date, time,
location, nationality)?

A: To establish some sort of reference as further messages
are sent collectively, this will assist the information
centers to follow developments.

Q: What other information does the sender need to provide?

A: Any information that the sender feels is important. The
sender need not provide information that he or she would feel
would put someone in danger.

Q: What are the technical requirements in order to use the
Message Center?

A: The sender needs to be able to access any open computer
terminal that can view web sites on the World Wide Web.

Hello,

We have been associated with the Children of Chernobyl Project, and have been
hosting children in need for the last four summers. We would be very
interested in hosting children from the Kosovo region. Do you know of any
organizations that could assist us in making arrangements to transport
children from the region to the United States?

Well all i got say is I SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR PEOPLE and pray that's serbia's goverment changes it ways.and it's is very sad to know that going into 21 first century serbia is behaving like Nazi-germany in the 1930's and 40's.I wise man said "those who forget the past are doom to repeat it" and serbia's goverment didn't learn from Hitler mistake and are bring it own people pain. Not by NATO bomb but by lies.it tells it people.truth will always come out no matter how long it takes! I'm considering sending some money to support the KLA, and I see you
have a list of banks to wire money to.

However, I have a suggestion: You need to set something up to accept
donations online.

Dear children, young and old, men and ladies of Kosovo:

Lately I have difficulty in sleeping soundly. I think of you and I see you
suffering on television. I have so little possibility of helping you . But
remember that you are not alone...at least morally. History has put you in
the situation of not having a nation state and not being able to defend
yourself. Nothing more dangerous when your neighbour, Serbia, has lost all
consciousness of what civilised behaviour means. Remember that the people of
Quebec (who fortunately have good neighbours) are in solidarity with you. My
only hope is that the NATO nations will have the necessary moral fibre to
oblige the Serbs to give you back your country, rebuild your houses and
infrastructures. If justice is not done to you it is all of Europe that will
be blemished. Also, all those Serbian leaders who disgrace mankind by
destroying you should be taken before proper courts for crimes against
humanity. I cannot say more except to encourage you to believe that there
does exist a future that can be less cruel towards you. God Bless you.

L.-P. Bouchard,
Québec, Canada.

Chers Kosovars,

It's rather amazing what the Serb mailers have to say in their messages? I thought that that kind of language is used by primitive creatures that wouldn't even know how to switch on their PC, but I now see that they(Serbs) are a nation filled with hate against the whole world. They seam to be infected by collective madness but never mind thats their own problem! It will be interesting to see them in 50 years how they pass the danub river in boats and how they use horses as a mean of transport. When the whole world is united for one purpose they should be aware that something isn't right. I just checked the site a few days because I wasn't even awre it existed and I can say it's managed in a very professional manner. Just continue the way You are going and things will work out great. It might be good if the site is "refreshed"-updated more frequently

Kosova will get independence and will raise like Fenix.

--

IT'S MY UNDERSTANDING THAT NATO IS BRINGING IN ADDITIONAL MILITARY TO ASSIST
THE REFUGEE PROBLEM -- FROM NEWS REPORTS THE SITUATION HAS BECOME A DISASTER
DUE TO LACK OF PEOPLE TO ASSIST -- THE REFUGEES THEMSELVES HAVE A TREMENDOUS
EXPERTISE SITTING IN THE MUD -- SEEMS TO ME, RATHER THAN LET THE PROBLEM
FESTER, YOU COULD UTILIZE THESE EXPERTISE I.E. DOCTORS, NURSES, LABORS, TO
ASSIST IN THE PROBLEM -- THIS COULD ELIMINATE TWO PROBLEMS, IMMEDIATE
ASSISTANCE, AND ALLOWING THE REFUGEES A SENSE OF HELPING THEIR OWN -- WHICH
MAY RELIEVE THE POSSIBLE RIOTS THAT SEEMS TO BE INEVITABLE.

--

I hope peace comes to you all quickly, it is a
terrible mess one you don't deserve. The
average serb must be blind or something. To be
Nationalistic is not wrong, unless it goes to
the extremes exhibited throughout the region by the
serbs.(note the lower cap "s" as they
don't deserve the capital). I only hope and pray that
they send in troops and arm Kosavns
so they can defend themselves. This bull has been
going on for 10 years and it is time to
end it once and for all!!! Keep faith as this will
end someday and may
PEACE be with YOU ALL.

I also hope the BUTCHER/S get what they deserve
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Serbs are saying it is the bombs being dropped in Kosovo
that is causing this refugee problem I say to them bombs are
also dropping in belgrade(lower case) but you don't see an
exodus from yugoslavia do you??? of course not, the serbs have
not got MASKED paramilitary thugs with guns to their heads
offering torture and death to be decided at a whim who
lives or dies. SHAME SHAME SHAME on the serbian
people who are backing this.

Have a good day: Murray (Canada)

Hi, i live in New York, U.S.A. We should continue bombing the hell out of the serb military and intensify it in the weeks to come. We should ignore the protests to stop the bombing and end the genocide in Kosovo. We are the strongest nation in the world and have enough bombs and missiles to repel the serb army or destroy the serb army where they stand in Kosovo. Even if all the other nato nations give up and leave, we have more than enough to get the job done. FINISH THE JOB.

Dear Albanian Kosovars, The vast majority of Australians are shocked and dismayed at the atrocities and inhumanity perpetrated upon your people by the Serbians. I heard one of your people say that this is the most NOBLE act of NATO and I agree totally. Although we have no material part in this conflict you can be sure that our thoughts are with you and that we are at least contributing aid to the appalling refugee crisis. Persevere and never give in to evil, for that is what the name Milosovic means.

John S. (Melbourne, Australia)

--

Brothers and sisters,

The Albanian people of Kosova have my full support in their struggle
against Milosevic's genocidal campaign. The Yugoslavian government,
headed by Milosevic, most certainly must be forced to respect the human
and democratic rights of Albanians and other ethnic groups in the former
Yugoslav Republic. But, the U.S. government, behind the facade of NATO,
is hardly the appropriate force to achieve that. Washington has an
impressive record of installing and backing some of the worst
dictatorships of this century. It has an equally abhorent record of
supporting "freedom-fighters" and then discarding them, when they no
longer correspond with its interests. Look at the Kurds. And the
post-WWII history of Europe shows its regard for democracy, as it
trampled on democratic rights and popular movements in countries like
France, Greece and Italy in order to establish its hegemony (read: that
of U.S. corporations). In fact, the U.S. has, until now, protected
Milosevic, indirectly by weakening the International Tribunal on Human
Rights and other bodies, and directly, by projecting him as a partner.
Moreover, the U.S.-dominated IMF arguably created the setting for the
current crisis through its imposition of austerity on Yugoslavia in the
1980s. So, I hardly think the U.S. government has the best interest of
the Albanian Kosovars at heart. In fact, all indications are that the
U.S. now hopes to establish some sort of neo-colonial "protectorate" in
Kosova, all the while bolstering NATO at the expense of the UN. And the
bombing -- it might satisfy a thirst for vengeance, but has it stopped
Milosevic's campaign? Aided refugees? NATO ground troops might stop
Serbian forces, but Clinton and NATO have affirmed that these will not
be used (leaving aside their ultimate purpose for BEING used). So, while
I can sympathise with your call for further NATO actions and if I were
in your situation, I might see that as a straw to grasp, I will oppose
this newest U.S. intervention, and call on Washington to stop the
bombing, support renewed negotiations and send aid for the Albanians and
others displaced by this war.

In solidarity

My grandfather is Croat - American. Back at the beginning of this crisis in
1991, I phoned my grandmother from Germany, where we were stationed at the
time, to ask my grandfather's take on the events taking place. My
grandmother told me he said, 'it was about time,' referring to war with the
Serbs. Because, as my grandfather was to have expressed, the Serbs are
horrible people, with evil motives. Now, this wasn't a racist remark. This
was a good Catholic expressing his observation on the type of people he and
his Croat ancestors have come to know for centuries. He is in total support
of war against the Serbs.

As for me, I have to take up his sentiments. For his ancestral knowledge of
the Serbs alone. Obviously their (Serbs) actions speak louder than my
grandfather's sentiments.

I see the news everyday. I used to worry about my husband's possible
deployment to the Balkans. I was afraid to lose him. After all, I had just
gotten him back from one whole year in Korea on an 'Unaccompanied Tour' and
I couldn't bear the possibility of more years alone. Maybe he'd never come
back at all. However, with every news broadcast, my hearts go out to the
suffering Kosovars and I no longer feel the same. Now, I realize my husband
should go. I know my husband's competency at his particular job in the Army
and the awards he has received in accordance with his competency. I know he
could make a difference there. My husband is in the Signal Corps.

I only wish I was able to go, personally, to make a difference myself. I
despise all that is going on over there. I am an Army veteran and I feel
sickened that the Serbs have taken three of our soldiers hostage for their
own evil gain. I pray for them everyday and my son, age 7, also. I pray
that God keeps them in his graces. I also pray that Milosevic and his
henchmen are miserably defeated.

Something is about to happen, I can feel it. I just hope it's Milosovic's
defeat at hand. I am in total support of Kosovar liberation.

We in England feel so helpless. Surely aid could be parachuted in instead of messing around with officials in Macedonia. We ask for it here - can you ask that the sky be full of parachutes instead of bombs, a far better Easter message. God bless you all.

Hello. My name is Dave from the USA and i just wanted to say i support
the Albanian People and the people of Kosovo in there effort to survive
under the mad man whom we call Milo here in the USA. I have added the
link to your website on my homepage which is www.inetone.net/munchkino.
Our prayers and hopes are with your people and hope that this will come
to an end very soon. We are having a hard time getting any information
about what is going on in Kosovo. We get most of it from s.wave radio
and i was listening to 92 radio until it was banned. Also we get lots of
info from chat rooms on the internet. If the Serbs hate the Albanian
people in person as much as they do in the chat rooms, it is a terrible
situation you find yourself in. I know my words will not stop the
killing of the innocent people in Kosovo but i hope in some small way
that letting you know that there are millions of people like myself
wishing you the best will help. Once again good luck and may god be with
all of you.

Best wishes,
Dave.

P.S. Any information from Kosovo that you may put out to us will be
greatly appreciated:-)

I appeal to all the persons who can to send their oppinions to SKY Tv. They are claiming that only Serb mailers are sending mails to them. At the same time they don't know that the Kosova Albanians have more important things to do at the present-run for their bare lives.

Dear Sir/Madam

I appreciate that at present you are very busy. I manage/write the Web
Genocide Documentation Centre at http://www.ess.uwe.ac.uk/genocide.htm I
already have a large section on the conflict in the former Yugoslavia and a
few articles on Kosovo from a Swedish source. However, I want to upload in
the next few days a range of materials specifically on the Kosovo crisis at
http://www.ess.uwe.ac.uk/kosovo/kosovo.index.htm (temporarily at
164.11.32.97/~Kosovo_Conflict/kosovo-index.htm until 07/04/99 as I cannot
upload directly to our site until it reopens after the holidays here); see
http://www.ess.uwe.ac.uk/additions.htm I want to include some materials,
with full acknowledgement and links to your site, from your materials,
particularly the information on Serb massacres, and latest news items.

If you have the time, could you respond. I regret not having done this
earlier, but I was abroad when the immediate Nato lilnked crisis broke.

Best wishes

Being and Irish-American I can understand the suffering being inflicted
in Kosovo. In Northern Ireland the same religious war is being waged by
the Protestants against the Catholic for over 300 years. I have served

weakened people. Do no give up, justice will be on your side,
especially the people of America.

must be stopped. Our prayers are with you, and we feel your suffering.

Nobody can fail to be moved by the scenes that have been shown on
television all over the world during the last few days. It is hard to

Europe on such a scale, it is difficult to grasp.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and hope that this nightmare is
brought to a speedy conclusion.

I am an American and I am very proud of that. Since I have a son in the
military who has already served in Desert Storm, I have mixed feelings
about this war. However, I cannot stand to see innocent people murdered
and I have to support NATO. If it means sending in ground troops my son
is prepared to go. We Americans do not enjoy war, but we certainly
cannot allow more innocent people to die because of one power hungry
dictator. I also intend to let our government know that I don't want
another one of my tax dollars to go to Russia. I have been told Russia
has provided anti-aircraft missiles to the Serbs. Is there any truth to
that? President Clinton is right. Americans have a long memory. I am
going to pressure my Senators and Congressmen to vote against sending
Russia more money. Let the Serbs take care of Russia.

To whom it may concern,

I'm a canadian television journalist working in the town of Montréal (
province of Québec ), the second largest city in the country.
The network I'm working for is named «TVA» and it is the leading
french-speaking television network in the province in terms of
audience ratings. I'm also working on the information web site of our
network.

The reason for this email is, basically, a request: I'm planning a short
piece on the efforts that are being put on the «Internet front»
of this war, and I would needsome help from knowledgeable sources.

I would really like to reach someone who could help me understand what
kind of a team is behind your site, where you get your
informations, where you operate from, etc. Is there a possibility that
we could exchange some information by email and maybe
set-up a telephone meeting ?

Also, if you could indicate to me a person who could speek on your
behalf in Montréal, preferably in french, I 'd be very pleased to
try in seeing that we talk to this person for other informations.

Best regards

I wish I could write you in Albanian. Sadly, I only know a couple languages.
My native language is English (American style), and I know Spanish. Please
pardon me if my message of support for Kosova is confusing because of the
language.
What I want to tell you most of all is that I am willing to support you in
every way.
I support our president and NATO; I wish they would move our ground forces in
the region, too.
I support the many agencies that are trying to help the refugees - I am
absolutely distraught over the continued suffering of the Kosovars! This is
unacceptable. I wish all of NATO would have planed better for the crisis of
so many people being forced to flee their homes. I have donated money there -
and, I will do more.
I support the KLA. I just retired from the Navy after 20 years. I have served
as a medical professional with the U. S. Marines. I know what the military is
like. I know how important it is for you. I wish that I knew how to help the
KLA. I see there is a bank account for the Homeland Calling. I will give
money there, too. If I can do even more, I will. If I can lend my combat
medical training for your cause, I will.
More than anything, I support your natural right to live in peace. You
deserve to live free of fear of Serbian-produced EVIL! I pray for every
Albanian, and every person who suffers such inhumanity as you do. It simply
is not right or just. I especially pray for your children -- they deserve to
be children, not refugees; they should be enjoying laughter and joy of family
and friends, not forced relocation, hunger, thirst, and pain. It is all too
sad, and heavy on my heart!
Please, be careful. Stay healthy and strong. And, always know that I
sincerely mean what I say. I feel very much like a Brother in this cause.

Dear Staff, We send you our heartfelt support for the appalling humanitarian disaster being perpetrated upon the ethnic Albanians in Kosova by the Serbian Government. We are sick at heart at the unspeakable atrocities being committed by Serbian military and paramilitary troops in Kosova. Here in Australia we are constantly bombarded with the xenophobic claims of the Serbian community who appear to us to be trying to defend the indefensible, with violent abuse and nationalistic fervour which is frightening in the extreme. We have donated resources to the Red Cross appeal for Albanian refugees, but of course, it does not at the moment reduce the suffering. We only hope in the long run the NATO allies can force Slobodan Milosovic to cease the butchery and inhumanity in Kosova. I find it offensive that the Serbian community appears to accept the propaganda being perpetuated by the Serbian regime without question, and that they present themselves as the victims of NATO aggression. The first casualty of war is obviously the truth. We support the NATO action, but are concerned for the suffering of Kosovars and only hope that soon this action will assist your people rather than cause continued displacement. But as the old adage goes - Evil flourishes when good men do nothing. Strength to your cause - you have much support here in Australia.

I've been following events closely(particularly from the information provided on the KCC site) and was wondering what the sources were. Most of what I've seen on CNN etc are not as detailed as what I've gotten here. Also, are messages coming in daily or just activities take plaace? I've not seen anything since Friday-thankspl Your service is excellent, by theway

I support Albanian peoples. I am so sad of the atrocities being dished out by the Serbs. I say to give Serbs their own medicine. Bomb until nothing left of Serbia. Annihilate the problem (slob milosovic his army of fools) there won't be any more bloodshed of these innocent Albanian people. I have a close friend (American) married to a Serb. 'He' says if he were home now he would be fighting with his peoples (fought in Bosnia war). He came to US (life long dream), has nice home, good job, everything. Yet, his statement shows he has no respect of his new citizenship, the US and is cold blooded as can be. If he doesn't like it here, let him the rest of his Serbian peoples leave the US and stand in direct fire of a NATO bombing! (note: out of love for my friend, I do not discuss this issue with her).

I will say many prayers for the people of Kosovo the Albanian people as a whole. I have great sorrow in my heart wish there is something I can do to support help the people.

I am an average American citizen who has been following the recent
escalation of the conflict in Kosovo. I cannot adequately express my
emotions and sympathy for your people. While I am not well-versed in the
history underlying your struggle, I do not understand how any individual
could support the inhuman actions of the Serbian military. I am further
perplexed as to why the Serbian people do not acknowledge these atrocities
and demand an alternate solution. We have watched CNN footage of Serbians
buying printed targets villianizing NATO leaders as immoral. Why is there
no outrage among these people over the actions which caused NATO involvement
in the first place?

I know that America does not always act with the purest of intentions in all
global dealings, but I sincerely hope that our involvement in Kosovo will
help you in some way. Every time I look at my family, my heart breaks for
those whose lives have been torn apart or ended prematurely by this
conflict. Americans, by and large, live comfortable, sheltered lives.
Though we cannot begin to empathize, please know that we, too, desperately
wished the mistakes of World War II would never be repeated.

With you in spirit,

Could you put me in touch with a church or mosque or other group which is helping refugees. Friends and neighbors here in Juneau would like to send aid as directly as possible to families that are sheltering refugees.

Sincerely,
