THANKS TO ALL OF YOU WHO HAVE SENT THE ALBANIAN PEOPLE MESSAGES OF SUPPORT. GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

--

We hope you realize that many Americans feel a tremendous revulsion at what
the Serbs are doing in Kosovo right now.

Roger Ribert

I am an Irish graduate student who has done considerable research on the
Kosova issue at Master's degree level and am soon to continue it for
my PhD. While conducting my research I regularly consulted the
CDHRF's web pages and attempted to receive their reports by
subscribing to ALBANEWS but was unsuccessful. I'm not sure why it
would work. I subscribe to several other lists of Albanian interest
and find them all extremely useful on keeping me up to date and
informed. I managed to subscribe to ALBANEWS successfully this time
through the Kosova Crisis Centre.

Keep up the good work. Knowledge is power. If enough people come to
know the truth about Kosova, change is inevitable

Yours,

Is Koha Ditore out of operation, now that Baton Haxhiu has been
reportedly executed, or are some of the writers still trying to
get information out? I noticed that their web page hasn't been
updated in a week.

Thanks,

Dont be afraid (of cause you people are afraid) NATO will fight now against the clock bomb 24 hours a day, they will not be frignet by the "DIRTY FALSE RUSSIANS CO AGRESSORS" we know what the russians want to reach, but first the NATO uses also the old Jiddisch word: AN EYE FOR AN EYE, and bomb the serbians so hard that their own familie's dont recognise them anymore. I am 100% against WAR, BUT 200% for helping the needed, and if we need a war YES THEN MILOVICH and RUSSIAN will learn that poor people THIS TIME will "O V E R C O M E" (sad that sow many people had already to die by those Serbian PIGS). If I was a airplaine pilot, than I senterly would bomb a BIG CITY with many Serbians intoo it (sad also the good suffer, like always) and by debreefing i'd say thad I was in trouble with my aircraft, and accidently pusched all teh bottens to drop bombs, schoot rockets, machinegun emty schot on the city. From an West European Friend, And we are not afraid from IVANOFF, that he tries? to come This time europe will go further than Germany in 40-45, and THIS TIME it would be for "THE FREEDOM OF AN WHOLE CONTINENT" Hang on in there, after tree weeks Milocovich will come begging to stop the war, but then he reached his goal soa : EXECUTE THE WAR CRIMINAL IMEADIATLY. A understanding (trying hard) BIG FRIEND.

I wish NATO prepare to fight agianst serbian murderers IN Kosovo, and no

May Milosevic be punished for his crimes in Croatia, Bosnia, Kosovo ...

I work as professor of sociology at the University of the State (University
of Puerto Rico) and coeditor of a bianual independent journal on cultural
studies. I have recommended your site on Kosovo and the Balkans to my
students and colleagues, as well as for up to date information on a one hour
program radio that we plan to make on the situation on Kosovo. For the
moment, and from this latitude, here in Puerto Rico, this is the only way I
can support you and, indirectly, the people of Kosovo from the State ethnic
cleansing policy coming from the regime of Milosevic.

To whom who may concern,
I hope all the blood that is being drain from all those innocent people
especially the ones that are being slaughter because of a free democracy, I
know I am cuban and been in the USA 31yrs. Again sadness really HITS my heart
because of the crimes by SERBIA. GOOD LUCK.

Wednesday, in the evening, we just read your news and want to tell you this:

Dear friends, we (my two daughters, my family and friends and I) are talking
and thinking of you all over the day. We are terrified at things happening
at Kosovo and we wish, we could do anything for you - we all feel so helpless!!;
We can't believe that Mr. Hitler-Milosevic can continue his horrible megalomania
without being hindered by anyone. May the end of this war be near, may
you find a peaceful and lasting solution for your country! May God bless
you!
Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you!
Viele Grüße und unsere Gebete werden mit euch sein!

Do you know which organizations are looking for volunteers to go to Albania to
help with the influx of refugees. I am a young professional in San Francisco

Hi, I am covering the Internet and its role in the crisis. I would love
to talk to you about your site, and I am also interested in
corresponding with Albanians in the crisis via e-mail. Of course, we
will protect identities when necessary.; I can call you if you send a number or ask questions via e-mail. Your site is amazing.

Thanks, in advance.

I'm from Canada and I've a noise project(music). What's

culture, from any country has to become aware of this
tragedy. I'm asking you if i can take the pictures and the
time line of your site for my web site (i'll do a special
section dedicate to the Kosovo). I'll put a link to your

Dear Kosovoler,

now I get angry about the killing machine of the serbs.
I know some of your early refugees since 1992. Family`sand mostly young
man. They sitting here now for several years in germany and the most had
no future. Some are in asyl now. They could organize
something before this shit starts. Some had been at the university in
their homeland.
Whats about your Rugova? Is there no strategie? Where is all the money
the people spent every month? Why you didn`t buy weapons like the croats
before? May be you have your reasons. Maybe not. Maybe it is not too
late.

We live in germany near Karlsruhe. If you need some help contact me.

Greetings and good luck for your people, wherever you are.

Dear Sirs,

after watching with great concern, the images of the crimes in Yugoslavia,
I'm really speechless. Nevertheless, the only thing that I can figure out
right now is to raise a prayer for all these atrocities to be over right
away. I would also like to send a message to all the Albanian brothers...

KEEP YOUR FAITH, IN WHAT YOU BELIEVE AND DON'T GIVE UP!!!

Dear ALB,
For a television story I'm doing about following the war online, instead
of in the mass media, I am looking for anyone in the Boston area who is
keeping up with the Kosovo situation via the Internet. Or anyone in Boston
area who might lead me to such a person.

Thank you,

It's ten yaers since Milosevic started its "politics", Slovenia, Croati,
Bosnia and now Kosova, he has slaughtered, deported, killed many people,
it's time to stop him.

While I am writing NATO is again bombing Serbia (lucky they are not
falled in Primakov's trap), this is not time for diplomacy it is time to
act, milosevic must be hit hard now!!!
I strongly support these attacks, but it is time to help the UCK
fighters and all refugees from Kosova and it's time to consider the use
of ground troops, milosevic must be stopped.
My thoughts, my hopes, my earth is with you my friends...

justice you'll lose peace"!!!
I want JUSTICE!!!

I am interested in showing my support at the rally that is being held
today in Los Angeles, but no time was given. It may have already taken
place by the time you receive this message. Suggestion - If possible,
place the times of all future rallies. Thank you for providing such a
well informed website. It has helped me to better understand the crisis
in Kosova.
Peace,

The web site is much appreciated. This military action by NATO is too little too late, but at least they have finally (after 10 years !) stopped treating Milosevic like a respectable "statesman" and started treating him as the war criminal he is. I will be writing to my MP to let them know that there is support for sending ground troops to Kosovo, and collecting money among my colleagues for helping the refugees. I only wish there were more we could do as individuals to affect the course of events. To Tevia Sicari, the Albanian-American living in Paris, try not to be too discouraged; there are plenty of Europeans who think that our leaders should have done something long ago. In case you have not found any Albanian organisation in Paris, I have discovered that there is an association of Kosovar Albanians up here near Lille, called Rilindja.

Hi. My name is Lynnette Phillips. I am a Junior at Wayne State College
in Wayne, Nebraska. I am in a journalism class and we are trying to
cover some of the human interest stories over there in Kosova. We have
been talking about the UN actions and the U.S.'s stand in everything.

I was wondering if someone could e-mail me. I am doing a story on some
of the emotional hardships the people there are going through. Many
Americans don't even know what is going on, let alone what the people
have to endure while all of this is going on.

I really hope that everybody is hanging in there and if there is
anything I can do, I would love to help.

Your friend, Lynnette Phillips

I am angered over the blase' attitudes of people here who say that this conflict is just another civil war and that we should keep out. I overheard one cretin this morning say that "the other countries over there don't care if they kill babies so why should we?" I've used this site to illustrate to others why we are there. No one with a soul could view those photos and think otherwise. Those who don't agree are actually frightened because we are now seeing hell in the making.-pl

We trust this messg can get to Mr Javier Solana , COMM NATO ...

We read from history that some 700 years ago , the Serbian army of then was defeated by the Ottoman Turks, precisely
in the region of Kosovo.

Bullying defenseless civilians only acertains the fact that, they lost said historical battle because they are inherently a
breed of cowards of the worst kind. All reports from past conflict in Bosnia witness it , and now we see the pattern unfolding again.

Come on NATO, ask your field troops the question, and you'll be surprised how they will respond, Valiants do not kill civilians , let us go against those ........tards !! Airstrikes won't do the job, you need MEN on the field to crack on these
killers and rapists....

Go NATO, Go or instead of sending soldiers into Kosovo, you'll be sending gravediggers !!

Bravo Senor Javier Solana, bien que ordeno el ataque, ahora adelante con el resto , detengan a las bestias de Milosevic!!!

I'm discourage to see my country, the USA, treat Kosovo like Vietnam. We
Americans have lost the desire to fight for freedom outside our own
country. I can only hope that we will use ground forces with or without
NATO assistance. I know we will have to occupy Kosovo to prevent future
conflict, which won't be popular, but I don't know of any other solutions.

I just wish some of our NATO allies, particularly France and Italy, would
be more supportive. Didn't they learn anything from WWII. We lost a lot
of men fighting for France and the rest of Europe.

I know it will take American lives in Kosovo eventually, but freedom is
worth it.

We have a saying the USA,

LIVE FREE OR DIE.

My prayers are with everyone in the Balkans, except Serb leadership.

Peace There were some students at Leicester University who were wondering whether, apart from the support organisations such as yours are providing, it would be of practical help to write to leaders of Muslim countries (either directly or through their respective embassies here in the UK) to appeal for their support and ask them what they intend to do to help the people of Kosovo (in financial, aid, military terms etc) The letter would be written on behalf of the Leicester University Islamic Society. If you could please advice us on this issue we would be grateful. Thank you. We pray for the people who are suffering and also that you are successful in your missions. Ms Mian

Chers amis du Kosovo,
Face aux monstrueux et intollérables crimes aux quels votre peuple

Je ne manquerai pas de vous apporter tout mon appui. Et mes pensées

With all the support of NATO, and all the support that you have around the

still suffering from unspeakable crimes against you. May God be with you

Friends of mine . . . trained Infantry, Communications, Infantry, Medics etc . . . REAL Soldiers . . . They want to to support you - fight for you! WHO do they call????? e-mail and phone No's! Let me know!

--

I cannot say that I know what you are all going through in Yugoslavia.
It almost seems unreal because we're not there with you.

I simply want to give you the greatest words of hope that I can. And
that is the simple age-old message of the gospel: that God loves you as
He does me and He demonstrated it by sending Jesus Christ His Son to
take the penalty that our sins against Him deserve by dying on a cross.
That's the victory over sin for us! And the second victory is that He
rose from the dead. That's why we celebrate Easter - not for eggs,
bunnies or lambs, but to celebrate the one true lamb of God which takes
away the sins of the world!

Yes, its true, many of you are experiencing disaster, despair, and true
evil in your lives right now. These are the natural affects of a fallen
people that we are and of the devil himself. But the Bible says that
"Every good gift and every perfect gift comes down from the Father of
lights..."

The best and most powerful thing you can do about your situation and
with your life right now is to get right with God and prepare for
eternity. Yes, Jesus promised that He would come again. We don't know
when that will be, but whether by His coming or by death, we will all
stand before God. When we do, He will ask us what we've done with His
Son Jesus. Did we reject Him or did we finally surrender our lives to
Him. The choice is yours today.

Sincerely,
Robert Shinn

Many people that I speak to are upset beyond expression by the raw pain of the families that we see, briefly, on news reports. We feel impotent in the face of a disaster of such scale. All of Europe still bears on their conscience the weight of the Second World War; specifically the things that we failed to do.

Everybody wants to help. Your people are our people. Please tell us how we can do so.

My prayers are with you tonight. I am shocked and outraged by the actions
of the serbs. Please take care and I hope that we will help in all ways

other humans. I hope to see, and i will support a totally independent

everything in its power to help the Albanian Kosovars. I pray for your

Miq i dashur,

I am writing as a Choctaw Indian from the United States to tell you how much I
hope for peace for the Albanians of Kosovo. I once studied at the University
of Prishtine, so I am familiar with the attitudes shown by some Serbs against
the Albanians in Yugoslavia. I am only sorry NATO waited so long to act
against the Serbian mafia. Now we must not fail to insure that Milosevic
loses his ability forever to use militarily force and is indicted and tried at
The Hague for war crimes. The world is with you! Do not lose hope!

Myself, like many other politically and consciously responsible Muslims of my
generation in Egypt cannot take it anymore of seiing our brothers and
sisters facing these medieval atrocities again and again .A united action
should be taken among all Muslims youth around the world to face these
unspeakable atrocities which not only are directed towards Muslims but open
the gates for more ethnic cleansing disregarding religion.Time has come for
our intellectual youth to take action, only to prove to the rest of the world
that justice has still got its disciples ,and that fundamentalism was only a
mean of exxpressing frustation in not being able to reach such justice
through rationality.I suggest the formation of groups from all over Islamic
countries ,to perform armed action as well as peaceful seeking solutions
considering full autonomy of Kosova.Moderate Muslim organizations would
surely make a balance ,and avoid the after Afghanistan confusion.Such
actions if taken would prevent a larger scale war in the Balkans and Europe.

I have been following the crisis in Kosovo since it first began last year. I wish my government (U.S.) would do more to support the KLA and it's cause. I would like to support the KLA in any way that i can. Who do I contact, and in what ways can i help the KLA? Thank you.

The events of recent days have caused me great anguish. The crimes of
Serbia have gone unanswered too long. I have watched them shoot up Catholic
churches in Croatia on CNN in 1992, pen human beings into concentration
camps in Bosnia in Time Magazine, and finally we see them disposess your
brothers and sisters in Kosovo. Recent news reports are reminiscent of of
the Stalinist atrocity in the Katyn Forest in 1939.

I am a Ukrainian American who finds no kinship with my Slavic cousins in
Serbia. My mother and her family survived the Nazi terror of World War II.
The events bring back all too fresh memories for her.

As a non Albanian, I wish to contribute to your organization. I was wary of
what the US was doing at first, but now I'm behind the pilots. In lieu of
ground troops for now, I want to help defend your people. I want you to
know that not all Americans are disinterested. Please let me know what I can
do. Please know that when I get paid at the end of the week, I will be
sending a contribution.

Greetings,

I am writing you to let you know that I added a link to your site from
the Balkan News Collection page at:

http://www.b-info.com/news/

The page provides news reports (both on our site and on various external
news sites) as well as links to news sites. The idea is to provide a
comprehensive news coverage of the events on the Balkans by presenting
alternative views.

I would appreciate if you find it appropriate to provide a reciprocal
link.

I'm just a housewife in the United States that listens to the various news
agencies describe the horror of what is happening to all of the people of
Yugosalvia. I can't believe that the 1940's Nazi Germany regime of Hitler is
alive and active in 1999 in Yugosalvia. Did we as a world not learn anything?

My heart just pours out to the men, women and especially the children that are
suffering as a result of this war. I honestly can only imagine the degree of
fear that they are going through, but have no real knowledge of it as I've
never had to be subjected to this way of life. I just pray that this will all
end soon and the refugees can go home and be proud of their religion and
heritage.

I don't know what else to say, other than you all are in my prayers.

Sincerely,

Peggy

Living here in Denver I have been horrified at the news concerning the
atrocities committed by the Serbs against the Albanian people. I am amazed at
how little the world knows about this current situation and the history behind
the region. I fully support the action that NATO has taken and though I do
not agree with many of President Clintons activities I am gratified for his
strong stand on this very serious issue . Beyond prayers for success, and
letters to our political leaders is there any other way to help in this
situation? Please know that there are many who understand your dreams of
freedom and do hope and pray for success.

Dear Brothers and sisters,
I am an Albanian student in Portland, Oregon. This message is to inform
you that the Albanian community of Portland will hold a peaceful rally
on April 4 1999 at 11:00 am in downtown Portland(Pioneer Courthouse
Square). We are not a big community, but we are determined. We will
protest against the massacre performed in Kosova by the Serb military
and paramilitary, and we will show our support and gratitude to the
American government and the Nato allies. We will demand peace and
indipendece.

serbes.

Dear Kosovars

I support a ground invasion of NATO Forces into Serbia. This is the only
way criminal, Fascists Milosevic and the murderous monster Arkan can be
destroyed. Anything short of an invasion will only lead to another Balkan
War and other massacres inspired by Milosevic and carried out by a
psychotic society that Serbia has become. As Bob Dole said Miosavich is a
criminal who has committed crimes against humanity. He and all of his
people will be brought to justice.

Friends,

I believe that slowly the people of nations which make up NATO will come
to realize that they must make massive efforts to end the killing in your region.
Sadly, before there is a massive effort, many innocents are likely to die. I only hope that NATO will soon put troops on the ground in Kosovo/a and end the fighting, even though some will die in the struggle. Bombing alone cannot do the entire job--this realization is being reached by more and more people every day. Soon real help will be on the way!

I am both outraged and deeply saddened by the events in Kosova. After hearing
all the reports, we must do everything humanly possible to stop this genocide.
I support everything that NATO is doing and it is my hope that the US will
send ground troops into the occupied territory.

Each human being has a profound right to live peacefully in this world.
Additionally, we have a profound responsibility to stop grave injustices and
to provide humanitarian aide to those in need. The thing that I find most
disheartening and unbelievable is that we, as human beings, can not live
together and appreciate our differences. Instead, we feel compelled to quiet
those people whose beliefs differ from our own.

Ethnic genocide seems to be a repetitive theme in human history; it is time to
put a stop to it.
If there is anything I can do to help, be a volunteer, write letters, find
financial resources, PLEASE let me know. My prayers are with you.

Every morning I visit your site to be in touch with you... that's the only way I,ve got to be near to you, proud and generous people of the Balkans. Greetings to the people of Kosovo

I sat at my desk in tears after reading the evidence displayed on the Kosovo
crisis centre. I have been following events for some time and wondering when
the world will act.

The thoughts and best wishes of many New Zealanders are with the people of
Kosovo.

We are ashamed that it has taken the world this long to act against the evil
and murderous forces of Milosevic,
but we are also gratefull that the US, Britain and the rest of Nato have
finally decided to act against those
perpetrating this monstrous was against innocent civilians.

I fully support the actions of the KLA in defending their people against the
Serbian military and police.

May the God of all nations bless the people of Kosovo.
May the blessed Virgin Mary guide and protect the innocent.
May the righteousness of your cause lead to victory

God be with you all.

Shane Wood
New Zealand

P.S. We have given $200 to help refugees (it seems so little when the
humanitarian problem is so great) but can we help with money for the KLA as
well?

--

I pray that I will live to piss on Milosevic's grave. He and a few cronies are the cause of all this agony. May he be visited in hell by the agonies he has caused on others. Allah, God, Abraham, is with us in world peace. Dan

--

I have no hesitation in telling you that your call to arms should go out to
all "right thinking" men and women of the world who have military experience
and the will to fight for freedom from repression.
An international brigade of the KLA should be started in the borderlands of
Albania and Macedonia.
If you are ready they will come as they did agaist Franco and against
Milosovic in Croatia and Bosnia.

Even though you are so far away in miles you're very close in our thoughts
and prayers. My family and I are very sorry for the suffering and pain that
you are living. We watch the TV around the clock so we will know what's
going on, it's hard to think of anything else right now. It hurts us so very
much to see your suffering, and wish that we could do something to help, we
want to. Your children are beautiful, we pray for all good things in life
that they deserve, and for thier future to be different from life today. We
admire your strength and courage.

Now we see our soldiers captured and beaten, for all to see on Serbian TV...
We know however that they will stay strong from within, they are brave
soldiers that know thier country loves them and will bring them home. Even
so my heart is very sad right now for them as well, they are "Peace
Keepers".

I am trying to learn and understand about what has been going on in
Yugoslavia, time and time again, I feel as though we are watching Adolph
Hitler and the attrocities that he committed towards innocent people during
WWII. Each day that goes by now, my feelings about this grow deeper, I see
no difference in Milosevic and the Serbian Forces, my hope is that they will
be stopped and you all can return to your homes and re-build your lives. I
will never forget what I have seen in your country, and I will never forget
you. We will pray for your peace and freedom.

Ladies,
Gentlemen,

I am always very interested in following your news about the gruel things
happenning in the Kosovo and I am very very sorry for that.
Unfortunately I am unable to find the places (cities, etc.) you sometimes
describe in your news.
So my question is : Do you , by chance , have a map of Jugoslavia as a
whole and the Kosovo in which all the small cities and sub-proovinces are
detailed ?
Would you please be so kind as to mail these to my emailadress

I'd like to extend to you my support in that it is everyone's natural obligation to defend themselves and their families. I had sent Yugo. radio an e-mail in response to their broadcast referring to NATO as "aggressors" and asked them "how can a child be a terrorist?" Where can I get a KLA black beret with the KLA flash on it? You have my full support.

I find myself becoming increasingly interested in the situation in
Kosova and at the same time I am becoming more supportive towards the
NATO airstrikes and the Albanian people. I am a regular visitor to a few
Albanian sites on the net and was happy to see the amount of support the
Albanians have all over the world.

To make a long story short I have been following the situation in Kosova
for the last 3 years as a result of a chance encounter with a beautiful
young Albanian woman. It is through my friendship with her that my
colleagues and I first became familiar with the situation in Kosova, My
colleagues and I have graciously given towards the cause in the last 3
years and will continue to do so. We are confident that the Albanians
will eventually get that long awaited independence and encourage all
Albanians to not give up hope. I have only ever known one Albanian in
my life but as long as you have intelligent young women like that then
you can rest assured that the Albanian people will prosper. Our
thoughts are with you all at this time.

Although our country is not part of the NATO alliance we strongly
believe that ground troops should be commited to stop this abomination a
country has declared unresticted war on its own people just because of
their ethinic origin. It is time for the US to decide to use its
strenght for the good of humanity. For are they not the bastion of
liberty and democracy, I realise that since the Viet nam war they have
been reluctant to spend any lives. But if not commited now we could all
be involved in a much larger war that could spread all over sth eastern
Europe. If they will not be moved by human suffering then surely self
interest must force them to act before it is to late.
I am afraid that all we can send to the kosovan albanians is our prays
and some moral support

It is a shame that a few people with evil minds can punish and harm so many
suffering civilians. I do support the hard line the NATO is striking against
the serbian regime but I feel pain about the refugees. All agression is
falling back on them. It should now be priority #1 to support them and to
supply them with food and clothes.
My colleagues and I wish all people in the Kosovo the best and we hope that
this torture will come to an end soon. There ill be no winners in this war but
the innocent will suffer most; as usual... Don' give up!!!

Because of this I have opened my servers ( e-mail,chat, mailing list and

I would like to know who I could talk to, so that I could help kick so
butt in Kosova!
I feel for the children and know that they need to be in a place of
Peace and not of War. I would very much like to help the children by
giving my life for their peace. To me it is not about life or death it
is about Peace for the children, so I will give my life so that theirs
may have peace and love once again. Put the children under my wings so
that they are warm, give the children my home so that they can sleep,
and my food so that they can eat, take my life so that they can live,
take what is mine so that they may have their homes and lands back, take
my life so that they may live!

All that I have is yours, my life I will give for the children! May
peace come over you all.

Dear friends,
I've been extremely shocked at seeing the news about
what happened in Kosovo and deeply sympathetic with
Kosovar people and the Kosovar cause. I think what the Serbians
have done to ethnic Albanians will only strengthen the cause.
As a Taiwanese who have been facing the threat from
China over years, I can tell you why Chinese government
has been supporting Serbian president. The Chinese government
has been sending army and police into Tibet, jailed Tibetan
separatists, denied any dialogue with Dala Larma about
autonomy of Tibet. Does this sound familiar?
To tell the truth, people in Taiwan have already been quite
helpless facing China's military threat and global diplomatic
"containment"which is more than
ten times stronger and powerful than Serbs'. What our
government can do is to send some humanitarian aids
to this troubled region. And you people who have suffered
have my moral support and shall be freed at last !
Peace and Freedom at last !

I oppose the Serbian dirty war in Kosova, and support Kosova's right to
self-determination. I do not support the NATO bombing because NATO
doesn't give a shit about Kosovar Albanians or anyone else. NATO remains
opposed to an independent Kosova, continues to call the KLA a terrorist
organization, and refuses to arm the KLA. NATO backs Croatia's brutal
ethnic-cleansing regime. NATO backs Turkey against the Kurds, who have
endured fifteen years of dirty war. I say,"Troops out of
Kosova"...EVERYONE.

Believe it or not, some Serbs have been organizing against Milosevic's
gorvernment for ten years. First they waged a general strike after the
Yugo-split, then there were war resisters during the wars in Croatia and
Bosnia, and now this. Do you know where to find them?
Thanks...Solidarity from a schoolteacher in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Dear staff-members of alb-net,

we, that means two journalist from "Springer TV", the television production

in Rogove Village in January 1999 on your homepage. Could you tell us the
name of the photographer? Or could you connect us to the photographer? Do
you know, where the survivvors of the massacre are today? We would

the story of the people who were killed and the ones who survived.

Do you think you could help us?

Words are not enough to express all that your situation encompasses. There are many who send abundant love and compassion for you all. You have our respect and admiration for the strength you now show the world. Such strength will persevere. Know that many will learn that differances of any kind are a blessing and should be regarded as so. Know that the atrocities you now endure will serve in the future to strengthen the world's resolve to live in peace and acceptance of each other and those differences. My spirit is filled with love for you, my heart is full with prayers, my mind can only hold hope that you will someday return home. Safe, Free, and once again with Joy in Your Hearts.

I am just writing to express my support for all Kosovo people being
suppressed and forced out of their country. The West's response is very
very slow, but hopefully, with time they get some sense of what is going

is a tragedy. At least the information and pictures are available and
can be spread to the world, so that the facts come out.

Keep the faith. Redress will come!

with your courage and support your cause. There's not much I can do, but I

you were put into ends soon.
I'd like to get in touch with other young people in Kosovo, so that I can

I just came into tears with the images I've seen on CNN. This is crazy.
Probably i've seen people whose parents or relatives were killed by Mr.

this is just a dream, but I am really trying to work it out. And I hope you
don't give up your dreams too.
Just to end with, my friends, even not knowing you, and despite our

I really hope that you get safe very soon.
    God bless you all!

Dear friends in KOSOVA,
I am staying in the country that has always tried to solve disputes by
peaceful means "INDIA". We have won our freedom by means of peace and
non-voilence(Mahatma Gandhi). I dont know whether the NATO forces are doing
right thing but friends u can win freedom by peaceful means. Britishers know
as to how we had won freedom from them, today they r fighting for the cause
of Kosova but dear friends the same country Britain practiced attrocities on
our people.
I am not sure whether there mission is clean but WAR is definaetly not the
answer to the cause of KOSOVA.
I can understand the pain and agony of your people but I sincerely feel that
what NATO is doing is not in the best interest of the people, with so many
innocent people being killed, children are suffering and dear freinds just
imagine the impact this would make on the younger generation.
I am praying God to bring end to this war and may a peaceful settlement
begin as soon as possible.
Our hearts and prayers go out to all off you in this time of horrific
distress
I am sure that Kosova will be free and independent soon.

Is there any organization in Canada directly connected to Kosova for humanitarian aid to Kosovo refugees? Your address is only good for the United States. However, I am very pleased that the U.S. administration is helping out generously. Keep fighting for your legitimate rights and freedom. Asad Ahmed Edmonton, Canada

As a journalist here in Montréal, I think it would help
considerably if you post what time zone you are using - better yet,
whenever you post something on your site (which is excellent, by
the way...) use Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

Courage and Good Luck.

also, why dpn't they just let those THREE soldjers GO? It just makes U.S.A.
